All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, product availability, and discount terms may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and to cancel affected orders. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Orders and Account Information
We reserve the right to accept, limit, or cancel any order. This may include orders that appear to have been placed by resellers, distributors, or automated purchasing systems without prior approval.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, account, and contact information. Copiermate is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Payment
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Applicable sales tax and shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed before the order is submitted. Additional information is available in our Payment Policy.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from our U.S.-based warehouses. Estimated delivery is generally within 1–4 business days, although delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, carrier delays, address issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Orders over $30 qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States. Additional charges may apply to destinations outside the contiguous United States.
Risk of loss passes to the customer when permitted by applicable law and according to the shipping carrier’s delivery confirmation.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty
Copiermate offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund and Return Policy.
Compatible ink and toner cartridges are covered by a 2-year warranty against product defects.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
9. Discounts and Promotional Offers
Coupons and promotional offers are subject to their stated eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product restrictions, and minimum purchase amounts.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional discounts cannot be combined. Coupons marked for compatible products cannot be applied to original OEM products.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse discounts obtained through misuse, duplication, technical errors, or fraudulent activity.
10. Intellectual Property
